“we are creating networks that can bring together people with the same interests”

Never before in human history have we faced so many rapid changes in technology and lifestyles. Half of the world population is now living in urban areas. Our world and our lives are becoming more complex and interdependent. We are urban-beings. Cities are a collaborative construction.
The urban metropolis is a complex and dynamic space in constant mutation. Trying to cope and understand these changes is like trying to find way into our own personal chaos.
Contemporary art is marked by extremely individual poetics. Everything is very fragmented. Instead of being part of art movements, artists are working on individual proposals. This excessive individualism has led us to have feelings of abandonment and isolation. We need to start new dialogues, search for new languages, collect new shapes and pieces and experiment diversity. Reaching out for other experiencies and exchanging with others is a way to transform fear into action, in search for new answers. This is the magic of the digital global society. In the middle of the crowded streets we feel lonely, but we are creating networks that can bring together people with the same interests. Unite diversity and similarity.
